What is print on demand?

Print on demand means we create your products only after you place an order. This allows us to offer a wide variety of designs without keeping inventory, ensuring fresh prints and reducing waste.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Production typically takes 2-5 business days, followed by shipping time which varies by location (3-7 business days domestically, 7-14 days internationally). More at our Shipping Policy.

Can I see a preview of my product before it ships?

While we don't provide individual previews, all our product mockups accurately represent the final product. We use high-quality printing processes to ensure your order matches expectations.

Quality & Materials

What printing methods do you use?

We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for apparel and high-quality digital printing for other products, ensuring vibrant colors and long-lasting designs.

How should I care for my printed items?

For apparel: wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry on low heat, and avoid bleach. For other items, clean gently with appropriate methods for the material.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

We stand behind our quality. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work to make it right with a replacement or refund. More at our Return and Refund Policy.

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment but plan to later in the future! When we do, we will ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we only accept returns for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 15 days if you receive a damaged product. More at our Return and Refund Policy.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. After that, changes aren't possible due to our production process.

Are there any additional fees?

The price you see at checkout is final, including all applicable taxes. International orders may be subject to customs duties determined by your country.
